Deepblue is proud to announce the release of a new cutting edge 3D and Flash Video website produced for local property company, Fotheringham Property Developments (FPD) - http://www.fpdcastleview.com.

The site, which features 3D animations and stills produced by Deepblue, is a true hybrid of advanced multimedia and has already been nominated for numerous industry awards.

Stuart Hamilton of Deepblue commented, "The FPD Castleview micro-website is possibly our most ambitious project to date. From the outset, we wanted to create a site like no other - one that we believe could not have been produced locally and which we considered far beyond the usual scope of ability shown by our contemporaries.

"To this end, we employed sitewide 3D stills and animations in attempt to 'bring to life' the project which, at this time, remains wholly on siteplans and architect drawings. Indeed, we essentially visualised the entire development from flat plans, in turn constructing exact 3D replicas of roads, buildings, pathways and even foliage in keeping with the environs.

"Iin an attempt to make the project even more precise, we even employed satellite data and photography supplied by Google Earth to make the visualisations even more realistic. Indeed, we even tapped into Google Earth (with their permission) when making the navigation map of the site, employing longitude and latitude co-ordinates to pin-point the site's exact location.

"The FPD site is a perfect example of Deepblue's unrivalled skill and prowess at multimedia production. From employing the skills of local photographer and videographer, Dougal Thomson, to our faithful reproduction of the site in 3D, to the production of the aesthetically pleasing front-end site in Flash, we left no stone unturned in our attempts to produce the very best site possible."
